Shipping Methods & Rates

Enjoy complimentary UPS ground shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more (excluding taxes) within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, a flat fee of $10 for ground shipping will be applied.

For orders below $50 within the contiguous United States, a ground shipping rate of $8.95 will be charged. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii for orders under $50 will incur a ground shipping rate of $18.95.

We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for $17.95 on all orders.

When to Expect Your Order

Please allow up to 2 business days for the processing of your online order. Orders placed after 10 AM EST will be processed starting the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to the address provided during checkout.

During peak holiday seasons, please anticipate an additional business day for processing and tracking information to be sent.

Please note that the processing time mentioned above does not include shipping time. For estimated delivery timelines by state, refer to the shipping map below.

Important Information

JMsolution USA is unable to ship to US territories, PMB, APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is under the care of UPS. For any issues related to tracking, delivery, or delays, please contact UPS customer service directly.

UPS Ground Shipping Estimated Transit Time

All packages are dispatched from our warehouse situated in Southern California. Transit days are calculated based on the ship date and the delivery zip code.
